A bowed and double D Starlock washer

A bowed Starlock® washer was developed for applications where tension is required in the finished assembly, a double d Starlock® push on fastener is designed to fit on a round shaft which has two parallel flats.

A flangeless Starlock washer

Where a greater degree of flexibility is required compared with a standard Starlock® Push-on fastener, or where there is insufficient room for the flange, a flangeless fastener can be used.

Pin retainers are used to secure upholstery buttons in furniture, also the clothing industry uses them to hold badges and buttons in position.

A belleville washer

A belleville type Starlock® fastener was developed for where tension is required and the tension is formed when the fastener is pressed flat.

A reversed washer

A reversed type of Starlock® is where the form is reversed and the edge of the flange turned downwards, whilst retaining Starlock's rigid strength.

A bolt retainer

With the bolt in its position, the bolt retainer is simply pushed on to the threaded end of the bolt and along the thread towards the bolt head, securing the bolt head against its location.
